Diets I am done with
It is raining, I'm waiting on my cannellini to cook and I have been listening to a prominant Ray Peat influencer drone on in a monotone voice comolaining about other diets. Carnivore - if you are a humble carnivore awesome. Shawn Baker in interviews is good because he admits not everyone needs it, but holy buckets sone other people. Look... to the people who claim the carnivore diet is the healthiest in the world explain diet cultures where majority of calories are from carbs

Initial success like Dave but pufa shoves process back a week. But also like Emmy the longer I do this the easier it s

My Dieting History
Hello, My name is Lachlan I have struggled with my weight and body composition for years. I am 195cm tall and during high school finished at 120kg when I was 17 in 2013. During the first Christmas holidays until march of 2014 I lost weight and got back down to 105kg. This short stint of weight loss did not last and I eventually got back up to 120 pretty quickly at the advent of starting uni. I put it down to sudden stress and dietary access and habits that were not conducive
