Diets I am annoyed with

It is raining, I'm waiting on my cannellini to cook and I have been listening to a prominant Ray Peat influencer drone on in a monotone voice comolaining about other diets.
Carnivore - if you are a humble carnivore awesome. Shawn Baker in interviews is good because he admits not everyone needs it, but holy buckets sone other people. Look... to the people who claim the carnivore diet is the healthiest in the world explain diet cultures where majority of calories are from carbs and why they are equally as healthy or healthier. Enough said.
Ray Peat - there is no official ray peat diet. Dr. Ray Peat prescribed and talked about individual case by case examples of dietary interventions that helped people. I give him credit for being against PUFA but his followers take things too far. Since his passing and the change of the forum to the low toxin forum people have lost the plot. Some are so obsessed with the idea that fat burning and stress are so bad they would rather be obese than lose some weight. Also some of his followers blindly praise sugar. I agree sugar is not a bad when you do not ingest PUFA but you and the sugar diet are the only ones who are praising it at this point. Also the fit muscular people who followed the diet were not on high sugar diets.
The Sugar Diet - the person who coined the name Cole Robinson has hopped off it. Do I need to elaborate any further.... okay let me see a diet extremely low in fat and protein long term is not good. Were people able to control blood sugar by drinking full sugar soft drinks (soda) yes. Is it a good long term strategy, no. It is basically a less healthy fruitarian diet.
Fruitarians - same criticisms as sugar diet. Enough said.
Vegan - a diet where you have to supplement critical vitamins and minerals is not sustainable. Humans are not herbivores we are omnivores. Sorry I forgot to mention this in carnivore. Also plenty of junk food is vegan so jump off the healthy high horse.
Long fasting - did a few days of no food happen in humanities past, yes. Did that last for a 2 weeks on a frequent basis. No. Complete lack of nutrition is not a nutritional strategy.
You will see here that the groups I am done follow themes of taking things too far.
I have done daily 16:8 fasting. I loved it is it right for me aat this time no. Is lobg fasting right for me, no.
I have tried carnivore. Sorry guys bread is too good.
I hate to say it buy go speak to a French person or Italian. They know good food and they have a mixed diet.
